“Ziegler's is a gem of a hardware store hidden in the center of Bartlett. The staff is so helpful, and I prefer going there over going to a big box store and wandering around trying to find what I need on my own.”

“Great "small town" hardware store. Never understaffed. You can always find someone to help you. Very nice selection and competitive prices. You can shop online and pickup in store, or go in and talk to someone if you're not sure what you need. Services like screen repair and key duplicating are offered. Plus, you can get in and out in five minutes, and you don't have to walk a mile wandering down endless aisles filled with everything except what you need. The best attribute, though, is the people. Helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with.”

“I had a 35 year old garden tractor that needed a drive wheel replacement and other adjustments to make it useable for snow removal in the winter and lawn maintenance the summer. After only one week of repair and adjustments the tractor was brought back to life to make it useable to perform the above tasks. Very satisfied.”

He helped me find exactly what I needed, even found an alternative option for a 2 x 2 I needed in cedar, and made the cuts for me perfectly. Bill was patient and helpful from design, choosing materials, modifications and work order changes right up to the final adjustments. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with good morning and what could we help you find. Thanks to the staff I was in and out in minutes with my cut off wheels and a delicious bag of fresh popcorn. Thank you”
