FNBC has changed several key features of SBI that attracted me in the beginning. Things that weren't broken or needing change are now different. They're a little less forgiving now. On a few occasions, I've been disappointed with some of the new changes and new options and how certain situations have been handled. It's not the employees. It's the new management. I can clearly see different strategies, policies and practices have been employed. The employees who have been with SBI since before the transfer of ownership to FNBC aren't the same. They seem under more pressure and a little less happy. They're still kind people, but I can see a change from they used to be. It reminds me of other buyouts: JP Morgan Chase acquiring WaMu, NorthStar Credit Union, and others. I hardly feel like a person to them anymore, I feel like a number now.”
