Coleen is the kindest, friendliest woman you could meet and wants to point you in the right direction for the reason you’re there. Offering coffee,bottled water,and candy, every visit.The customer service is top notch w helpful advice on CD’s ,checking accounts w interest,ordering new checks,just anything you could need. Answering questions about your balance and problem solving on everything.My personal banker was Sharon Scott until she recently retired ,she became like family since she was referred to me by my parents who have been w Lisle Savings since the early 1970’s.Then I had Tracy ,also became like family,always a smile and willing to help,with every need,until she moved out of state.Now I have Sue as my personal banker and even w covid and fewer visits indoors,Sue has helped me w many of my banking needs and is so friendly and kind. She goes above & beyond whenever I call ,or stop by the outside lobby to do banking. This review was for the rep who helped me not the company and its product. 2/6/24; up-date, she helped in whatever I needed however VMS sucks, I signed a contract I didn’t know and they wouldn’t let me out. They lied on the application and I didn’t know. They put I made more than 100k a year on the credit card application and I just started this business. I was paying fees as if I was in business for years. I was closed during Covid and they kept charging me until I paid it off. Read the fine print. Find a credit card processor that doesn’t have a contract. Don’t sign anything make sure they put in big bold letters no contract or processing fees. There are companies that do this for free. VMS used clover devices; clover sucks too!!!!! They stole 2k from my bank. Their sales people are ruthless and liars they will tell you anything so you can use their products. Please do your homework there are free devices out there. Don’t sign nothing. You have to find a company that works with small start up businesses. Find my business on line CakeBurgers call me to ask me about which one I use now no contract. In fact I’m looking into another company. We as small businesses should be making money for our selves and not working for them.”

It is a capable and professional organization from top management and through the entire organization. I want to applaud two specific people, Heather and Lori. They are both in my local area but at two separate branches. Heather routinely handles my business requests with skill and efficiency, Lori is a star when it comes to foreign exchange currency, as I routinely ask her to order currency for me as I travel abroad. “It's not often that banks receive reviews because of identity theft concerns, but I have been banking at this branch exclusively for 5 years because I get so many extra amenities with my FREE checking account. For example, I can deposit any kind of check by snapping a photo of it and using the app. I also get complimentary Overdraft Protection for when I make a mistake and overdraw my account. Also, the Fraud Prevention Department is on top of suspicious activity because I live in Florida, but bank in Warrenville. Also, I have consistently received 5-star service from the Personal Bankers. All of them, every time that I phoned for assistance. And of course, there is the benefit of having a debit card with a VISA logo. West Suburban Bank is a very good place to bank. Thank you for 5 years of excellent service.”

She's the tall Bulgarian lady with a calm and welcoming warm smile on her face. I get to talk with her today, and found out her name is of Greek origin - Bolsa?
