“Purchased a Springfree trampoline and the entire process was easy. We went to the Carol Stream location, where I was able to see the trampoline and my kids were able to test it out. There was no pressure to buy and the order process was easy. It was delivered and installed quickly and efficiently.”
“Price wise it's not bad for most things. That's if you can find a price. Some of the pricing wasn't readily viewable. The atmosphere of the store was nice reminding a bit of a lodge without the wood everywhere. Now the real issue I had was outdoor.
While the store can give off a Ross vibe, my concern wasn't marketing strategy but looking for outdoor stuff. It felt hodgepodge and clustered. More like accessories than actual stuff I'd use as an avid outdoorsman. They did have a few things I liked but in comparison to bulk of this section I'd say 15%. And then as the store pushes the outdoor marketing, I felt like the pet section was bigger and had more to offer.
I think with a little more clearer organization and a aisle or three expansion in outdoors, this would be a well rounded store. As it is right now it's more of a toe dippers introduction into outdoor adventures as seen on family TV. But for what it is and reasonably priced I can see the family oriented market being satiated for a while.”
“This was my first time getting my eyebrows and lashes done (lash extensions, eyebrow shaping and eyebrow tint). I did not know what to expect but I was blown away. Both my eyebrows and lashes look the best they have ever looked! I would definitely recommend coming here! (For anyone who is wondering the lashes are medium length with long length on the outer corners)”

“I've been going to Little Travel for over 40 years. It is such a delightful day to browse the stores at a slow pace and sample all the goodies throughout the stores. Then The Atrium for lunch. The best part of the day. Or reserve a place for a wonderful Tea Party ?
I have found things there that no one else carries. I never want to see this little gem to close. I hope ? it will be there long after I am gone, for others to enjoy and create the very best memories ever. We, my husband and I live about 90 miles away, yet he takes me there at least once a year. He's my best friend and I'm blessed to be with him as he rolls his eyes ? while I pick out way to much knick knacks and very hard to find Mastiff Ornaments and coasters.

“This store is EXTRAORDINARILY handicapped/disabled-friendly--what a stark contrast with the JCPenney in North Aurora! This store has made a loyal Kohl's customer out of me--the associates were extremely helpful with my pickup and even escorted me out to my car and offered to bring future pickup orders out to my car. Deeply grateful for this extraordinary level of customer service. Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield could learn something from this store.”

“Visited this store while staying with my daughter in Naperville. I shop at Publix in FL and Meijers was even better than Publix! Meats, Vegetables, bakery all high quality and clean well stocked and maintained AND the bonus of non food items reasonably priced. LOVE this store. Wish I had one close to me in FL”
“Clean and well organized Kohl's. I thought this Kohl's looked kind of small until I realized there is a whole second floor upstairs! We came here for the Sephora store and walked around after and was surprised to find how clean it was. Sometimes certain locations can be a little disorganized but this one was far from that. We found some decently priced clearance clothing and were checked out and out the door in just a couple of minutes, even during the busy Sunday afternoon when we visited.”

“My partner and I have come to the Elgin location recently for all of our automotive repairs, and the staff in the auto department is phenomenal! These guys are friendly, professional, and efficient. The service manager, Alexis, helped us resolve a recent miscommunication involving our quote- he went above and beyond to get us the best possible outcome, and followed up thoroughly the whole way through. Ben has also given us honest advice, and really takes the time to communicate what is being done and following up as well. Not to mention the great prices and deals compared to ones we've been quoted elsewhere. Happy customers here!”

“I ABSOLUTELY love this Optical office at Targer..if you are in the Fox Valley, Elgin, St Charles, Batavia Area...pls come to this eye doctor...Dr Makoni...she is so thorough and AWESOME...took the time to listen...figured out my problem...didnt upsell me anything but gave me peace of mind and a specialist to treat my issue. “We currently don’t have any Ross stores in Michigan, so every time I visit Illinois, Florida, Virginia, Ohio and Texas I visit as many Ross stores as I can. This location is by far the neatest, most organized, aesthetically pleasing Ross, I have ever been in. I had to give the store manager (I believe her name is Jessica) kudos! It’s clear she cares about her store and pays attention to detail. Great job!!”
“Nothing beats great customer service, products I want, and all while sipping on my Starbucks. I have never had a bad experience and we have been coming here for 10 years. Today a young man helped me out to find a product. He went above and beyond for me. He checked his scanner and found 1 left in the store. Anyone who works retail will understand that seeing one left in inventory usually means out of stock. Well he searched high and low and found the shoes in my size. He spent like 10 minutes looking. That's good customer service. Keep up the good job! We will be back as usual. We walk in needing paper towels and leave with a basket full. Happens every time.”
