“Delicious! Authentic! Great people with friendly service! We were looking for a grocery store to grab quick groceries for dinner. When we realized it wasn’t a real grocery store we started walking out when we realized there was nothing stopping us from changing plans. A great decision on our part! He sealed the deal with an offer of a free sample which convinced us that a dinner plan change needed to happen!”
“Very good prices compared to big stores like Jewel and they always have good candy/small snacks that are perfect because I walk to school so it's convienient to get a quick snack first!!”

“As a loyal Aldi customer who has enjoyed the perks of Aldi shopping both abroad and at home here in the US, I just want to say that I am so thankful for the Aldi employees at my home West Chicago location. Today 7/13 at around 4:10pm I witnessed a man talk to our favorite cashier in the rudest, most condescending way imaginable… and our cashier was so respectful, poised, and professional. Even the manager was involved, and as someone who witnessed the whole conversation, I was so impressed with their professionalism. If a man spoke to me that way I would’ve smacked them with my platform Croc faster than they could’ve asked “what’s your name so I can report you?” The customer became so rude and disrespectful (tone and volume of voice), that he was asked to leave in a respectful way. BRAVO ALDI EMPLOYEES! Bring the millennial that I am, I had 911 ready to dial because this customer had the never to taunt them with “oh so you’re going to drag me out of here then?” Ugh, can’t believe the Aldi employees kept a straight face and their professional hats on. Just wanted to say that a sane human watched that happen and no one deserves to be talked to that way.
I have submitted a report to Aldi describing everything I saw and hope that you continue to kick out entitled & disrespectful guests who want to pick fights about shopping carts. ?
And if you’re the rude customer reading this right now — I hope you have the life you deserve! ?”
“A little pricier than the Jewel across the street, but absolutely worth it for what you get. They carry a wide variety of unique and hard-to-find items that you just won’t see at a typical grocery store. The store is always spotless, well-organized, and easy to navigate. On top of that, the staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. Overall, a great shopping experience every time.”
“This place is great for buying fresh meat. Been coming here for years. I would give it a 5 stars but I just recently purchased arrachera and ordered 13 pounds but I didn’t even get 10 pounds when I weighed it, it was 9.8. I know they clean it but I thought 3 pounds was a little excessive.”

We came here to get balloons and party favors for my person’s daughter’s 16th birthday. We were treated to warm personalities and very helpful guidance while getting our helium on. Ari and Joey were great. Consummate professionals that quickly got us in and out with the coolest bouquet of birthday balloons ever. If you’re in the area, stop in because we really enjoyed the whole experience. Which isn’t always the case. Thanks Ari & Joey!!

“I love the deep fried gorditas (carnitas) and they have a variety of other food made if gorditas isn't your thing. Also you have to ask for them, they are not out by the other food, they are in the oven.”
