He was very thorough and polite to others coming into the store while still helping us. I feel bad since the Elgin store is busy and could certainly use more employees. “I came in this evening to pick up my new phone and to have everything transferred. The store manager, Jim stayed an hour past closing time to make sure everything was transferred and that I was happy with everything. He never rushed me and was truly FIRST CLASS!!! He also gave me a great deal on my accessories!!!!

“I walked in with a broken phone that was out of warranty and was greeted by Omar. He was very knowledgeable and didn't apply the usual sales pressure that I normally get from phone stores. He was able to walk me through different models pros and cons and ultimately got me into a phone that I actually need without additional fluff that didn't matter. Overall pleasant experience after breaking a phone. Would recommend this location and Omar to friends.”

He’s helped us; he’s helped my elderly parents. We’ve added lines, changed phones, ported over numbers, you name it. He explains everything clearly: options, the steps we need to follow, and what to expect. He’s patient, kind, and fun to work with! His crew is so helpful, too. (Shout-out to Jacky!) With as much as we rely on cell phones, it’s essential to have someone to trust. Jesse is that someone and his store is that place.”
