The store manager, Jim stayed an hour past closing time to make sure everything was transferred and that I was happy with everything. He never rushed me and was truly FIRST CLASS!!! He also gave me a great deal on my accessories!!!!

“My experience was amazing here! I walked in with no hope on my bill, thinking I had to leave AT&T because it was too high to add my kids onto my plan. But Alexander Fajardo was there and was absolutely amazing! He was so informative and helpful! He not only lowered my bill but also was able to add lines for my kids. “I’ve written maybe 5 reviews in my life, but this is one I HAVE to write. The Verizon Hoffman Estates location is the very best of the best! The manager, Jesse, knows his stuff! He’s helped us; he’s helped my elderly parents. We’ve added lines, changed phones, ported over numbers, you name it. He explains everything clearly: options, the steps we need to follow, and what to expect. He’s patient, kind, and fun to work with! His crew is so helpful, too. (Shout-out to Jacky!) With as much as we rely on cell phones, it’s essential to have someone to trust. Jesse is that someone and his store is that place.”
