“Once upon a time I was going through a difficult situation in life, as people sometimes do. I pulled in early in the morning with a mind full of what nows? I pre paid for fuel and drove away without pumping a drop. (Pause for laughter). I realized my mistake 40 miles northbound and called the store to swallow my pride and face the embarrassment of my mistake. Stephanie and the girls were very helpful and sympathetic to my situation. They went above and beyond to make me feel concerned about. Sometimes it takes 2 minutes of kindness to change someone's whole day. Thank you again!”
“We went to the new pizza restaurant in town one night... meh was blah. The next night I had Casey's pizza and it was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Store was Very clean. I would recommend this Pizza over the new pizza in town. We love it here!”

When I see all of these negative reviews it just blows my mind because I have been 100% satisfied with my West Frankfort CVS!!! They are hard working caring people who have always taken care of me. “What a clean stop! Super easy in and out for rvs and offers truck parking about a block away. Also KID friendly for families. Which is a major plus. Thank you for being so clean and having a family bathroom.”
