“I visited a few weeks ago to grab a few cigars for an event. I had read good things about Norwood Royal prior to my visit and had been meaning to check it out for myself. On entering, I was greeted by Sam. I knew what I was looking for heading in, and he promptly directed me to the right place. He also provided a suggestion for a new cigar I had not had before based on my selection. I did not get the sense he was just trying to sell more product, rather that he genuinely thought I'd enjoy this recommendation, which I appreciated. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks Sam. “Everyone is extremely friendly and they have a nice size selection of cigars. The seating is also very comfortable. Overall, it's a nice lounge.
The only downside was that their ventilation system was off in the room we were in and someone also turned off the fan so it got pretty stuffy.”

“Classic vape shop. I was there on 12/22/24 early AM. Very clean and well organized.
The employee/owner didn’t try to upsell and was able to get exactly what I described at a very good price- at about a 20% discount compared to nearby competitors. It was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had at a vape shop.

“I went here for backwoods and came out with so much more. The owner was wonderful and very helpful and all about the customers. He was very nice and friendly and helped me with picking out edibles because they never really work for me and let me tell you, they worked lol. I really like the rocket edible but all of them he recommended to me were good. You should definitely try them out they have almost everything and he takes recommendations to possible stock things you want that he doesn’t have.”
