It was in a very tight spot and the weather outside was cold and unpleasant. The battery had seized to the terminals, so he had to work extra hard to get it out. He then made a 20-minute round trip to a nearby AutoZone store to pick up a newer battery than the one they had in the Wheaton store. He was really nice, very, very helpful, and he knew exactly what to do, all the while with a smile on his face.”
