“Absolute lockdown on excellent customer service, with a smile! I've had to stop in here a couple times over the last year, after I wasn't able to get a very simple issue resolved over the phone after moving my service. Everyone here has been genuinely kind, friendly and even made me laugh while providing the best service that has exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone who works here, for making my life a little easier after moving. Cheers! Edit; my issue was resolved by stopping in the store, both times. Not sure if I was somehow unclear. However, chatting online or via phone with customer service is the exact reason I went to the store - because they were not helpful online or on the phone.”

“Came in to upgrade my phone and was help by Caleb Hennis, he was professional, knowledgeable and more importantly he didn't try to upscale me on a product I had no interest in. I went in expecting to be there for a hour or more but Caleb had me in and out in about 30mins. GREAT SERVICE!!!”

“Kesha, Tyler, and their manager were absolutely amazing. They helped me with an issue that I’ve been having since December. They are amazing! They got it resolved in store for me, explained why it happened, talked with their representatives over the phone to better explain the situation, and actually got my issue resolved. The ONLY thing that deserves ZERO stars (actually negative stars because it’s that bad) is Verizon’s online chat support and their customer support line. I have never had such bad service over the phone. I contacted Verizon’s support multiple times to get my issue resolved, and every time they would say it’s resolved, but when I checked my next statement, it wasn’t fixed. Not only had I been lied to multiple times, but they were no help and seemed to never understand what was going on or how to fix it. They also seemed to not understand basic English sometimes.”
