Yesterday we visited two locations … at the first one we had an unpleasant experience so we left, still wanted to purchase a mattress we decided to try another location. The second location we met Roger, totally different personality, pleasant, no pressure, helpful and respectful.
Needless to say I purchase the mattress I wanted .
Thank you for hiring Roger…. Also I wish no harm to the other sales person, but maybe additional training on how to teach customer.

I made the mistake a few years ago of going to the Dump and didn't get a Lazy Boy. I had Lazy Boys in the past and should have stuck with them. The couch from the Dump had an indentation from where I sat. This never happened with Lazy Boy. Lazy Boy products sell themselves. That's how well they are constructed.”

“I just had the best bed purchasing experience of my life. I needed to buy a new bed for my mom who's in assisted living. Sam took such good care of me, he told me they have a lot of experience with this, and they have a program specifically for this situation. You choose the firmness of the mattress, whether it's a 1 year, 5 year, or 10 year mattress, and the height of the boxspring. Sam is extremely knowledgable and explained everything very well. And the bed is being delivered in 2 days! I wish I could give a 10 star review.”

“This was the second major purchase I have done with China Furniture & Arts. Both experiences were very pleasant and easy. Both times I purchased large furniture and all the pieces arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Both times the sales person on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful and courteous. The quality of my furniture was very good. I bought a long cabinet the first time and a buffet and china cabinet (2 pieces) the second time. They are beautiful and well made. “We were and are pleased with the loveseat and reclining chairs purchased in 2021. Top quality! Unfortunately, one of the cushions got ripped recently. We had purchased the 5-year warranty, so we filed a claim. The claim process had its ups and downs, but Rudy of The Great Escape in Downers Grove led us through the journey. The warrantor initially denied the claim, but with some insistence and assistance from Rudy, it was eventually approved. Since the fabric has been discontinued, we were able to get replacements for all four cushion sets. This is what customer service looks like!”

“I went into the store today to find some plastic glides to replace the ones that had been broken off the current Tropitone deck chairs that I bought at The Great Escape last year. Evan at the front desk was an amazing help. He was able to find some extra glides and provided them to me at no cost. I was very happy when I first received my new deck set with the level of service and responsiveness of the staff at this location, but that was just reinforced today when Evan displayed the same level of commitment to their product and customers as they did in the past.
