The woman at the front desk was efficient and courteous. The groomer keeps excellent records, so communication of my grooming preferences is easy.
The new location is easy to access.
I’m very pleased with everything about The Batker Shop.

Spoke to her before the grooming and she was very understanding about some concerns I had. So glad I found Tyler, and I'm sure Coconut is too!!!

Their online menu is not offered, and they have a new menu.Don't be fooled by them being located in a hotel, the food was fantastic. I placed a to-go order and it came out quickly and 100% accurate. It was delicious, hot, and well proportioned. The sauce on one of the honey bourbon chicken sandwiches was great.For a Friday night, the dine-in area was dead (and partially dark), but the staff was friendly and welcoming.I would definitely eat here again. I just hope they can stick around long enough for a return visit.

This establishment provided hands down the most amazing food I have ever eaten. I opted for a unique dish I originally tried in Italy many years ago, and to my amazement, Capri delivered a version that actually surpassed my memories of the authentic Italian preparation. The sauce was the most incredible I have ever tasted, and the meatballs are hands down the best I have ever had.
The five star service began the moment I walked through the door. I received a warm and friendly greeting immediately. My server was absolutely amazing, taking the time to thoroughly explain the menu, which is perfectly curated. While I literally wanted to order everything available, I stuck to the dish I had been craving for years. The attention to detail from the support staff was remarkable, as my glass was never allowed to go empty. I have been to hundreds of venues and restaurants, and the impeccable service here is perfectly equal to the exceptional food.
What elevated this visit into a complete full night out experience was the connected venue next door called We Are Live. I was able to sit in this phenomenal space to enjoy my meal while listening to the music and soaking in the atmosphere. The sound system provided great music, and the crowd was very upscale, contributing to a vibrant and fantastic vibe throughout the room. The establishment itself is exceptionally clean and top notch in every regard. Experiencing this perfect combination of amazing food, phenomenal service, great music, and an awesome environment all in one visit was truly spectacular.
Reflecting on my visit, I can confidently say this was hands down one of the best times I have had in years. You truly get what you pay for, and the outstanding quality makes it completely worth the price point. There are not many establishments left that provide this level of excellence, making this a must try. If I could rate this establishment higher than five stars, I absolutely would. Capri Ristorante and We Are Live are now permanently on my list of all time favorites. If you are looking for an unforgettable evening that seamlessly blends phenomenal Italian dining with spectacular live entertainment, look no further. This establishment has set the absolute gold standard for a perfect night out, and I am already planning my next visit.
