“From the moment I walked in to return a sweater that didn't fit, I felt like I was the most important person to the women at the customer service/cashier desk. The woman was so kind and got everything done within a couple of minutes. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by her a couple of years ago. She was just as kind and efficient then as she was this time. I was greeted with a smile and left with a smile after she helped me again with my new purchases. I don't know the cashier's name, but she is short,older, with short salt and pepper hair. I wish I knew how to send kudos her way.”

“This shop is a wonder! The owner often works the shop herself and also creates many of the ribbon rosette pins! Buttons and ribbons are displayed in a charming assortment. The shop is small, but delightfully inspiring for sewists, knitters and crocheters. Their selection is good for such a small space, and I’ve always been thrilled with finding just the right button. This shop seems to specialize in vintage or distinctive buttons. I don’t recall many novelty or children’s buttons, so maybe call ahead if that’s what you are looking for.”

Anastasia is amazing! She first helped me pick out some jewelry and then I ran into her again in the beauty section where she helped me choose perfumes too
One of the biggest challenges at this store is that there are no testers, so it’s really hard to know how things smell. But she knew almost every scent — seriously impressive!
I ended up buying 4 perfumes, and every single one was spot on
If you’re not sure what to choose — definitely look for her. She solved a problem I’ve had for years!!!!”
“The associates at this store are very friendly and helpful. Last week, I wanted to buy this kids kitchen set in the toys section, but the box was giant. I had my baby in a stroller and I couldn't carry it with the stroller. I asked the associates if they could bring the box to checkout and then down to the exit so I could put it in my car. I'm so appreciative of the staff for helping me. One associate brought it to the register so I could purchase it and another brought it down to the door so I could load it in my car. They were so patient with me. Thank you both so much from a thankful mom.”

“It’s my first time to come In to this Five Below amd it is by far the most organised and neatest of the Five Below’s I’ve gone to. And I’ve been to several in the Chicagoland area since I’ve been on the hunt for the Block set. They have a fragrance corner and I don’t think I saw that in other of the stores before. There are nifty workout gear. The staff was also very helpful. For some reason my coupon was not working but the lady figured out that for some reason there were 2 bar codes in the email. What a pleasant experience.”

“The young high school kids were kind of rude and dismissive when I asked them for help on looking for some Ugg boots. One of them made a comment stating how stuck off and snobby I was. I am not. He just didn’t wanted to help me after I asked him to. The manager Donna (I think that’s her name) saved the whole situation. She and the other ladies and 2 dudes tried to look for the boots that I was looking for. That manager deserved a raise and that child (whomever he belongs to, and clearly he didn’t sound like he came from our northbrook areas) needs to learn customer service.”
