“We had Masters completely redo our hall bath in late 2024. They did such a great job that in late 2025, we had them completely redo our master bath. We didn't even THINK of contacting anyone else for this project! The quality and workmanship was top notch. Also, unlike most contractors that I have dealt with in the past, they show up when they promise, they do exactly what they promised and they were extremely meticulous to not do any damage to our entranceway, stairs and walls when working. We had multiple inspections along the way, and the inspectors told me that they were very pleased with everything that they did. Right up to code, as promised! We plan on doing one additional bathroom in a year, and we will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone without reservation.”

Krysti was our designer and she made everything so easy and was a pleasure to work with. We have an almost 100 year old home and her designs made great use of our small, quirky spaces. Bogdan did the install and his work was immaculate! He had both the kitchen and bathroom projects going at the same time and Krysti would come by to check on progress at each step, so everything went smoothly. It felt like no time at all that the work was completed and our old home had some new life.

The price was very reasonable, I was able to Zelle a deposit. In no time they had an installer come to install a beautiful custom shower door! Very professional, clean and nice people to work with. “My husband and I remain thrilled with our beautiful new kitchen after cooking and entertaining in it for a year and a half! After struggling with design impasses for several years, we were fortunate to meet Anne Dempsey of DDK. She listened well and was very pleasant to work with and extremely effective helping us navigate successful compromises. She offered suggestions and guidance including the pros and cons of various options but always left final decisions to us. Once design and cabinetry were agreed, Anne remained just a phone call or e-mail away for support as we shopped for countertop, flooring, fixtures, and hardware, and even did house calls when we solicited her opinion. She set us up well with builder ED Enterprises, and our project finished on time. The builders were capable, timely, quiet, polite, good with our young puppy, and vacuumed the site at the end of each work day! A few minor post completion issues were satisfactorily resolved. Overall we highly recommend both DDK and especially Anne, as well as ED Enterprises.”

“I am not very happy with them. I ordered a vanity, and worked with a designer who was not responsive at all. I emailed about delivery, came over to ask her about timing, and she said she will be getting back to me. I was also supposed to order the rest of my master bath as well, but she was completely unresponsive. I also called the store to give them my contractor's number, so they can coordinate with him when I am out of the country. They called me, of course, on the date of delivery. They brought the delivery on time, but did not bring one of the sinks because it was backordered; they did not bother to tell me that when they were supposed to deliver the vanity. Bottom line- order from a different place. This is not professional at all.

“Ordered a snowblower online to pick up in store. When it wouldn't fit in my car an employee offered to deliver it to my house that same day free of charge. You don't get that level of service in the big box stores. Ace really is the helpful place!”
“Stopped in today to pick up an order for a bridal shower, was greeted by Kathleen asking if I needed any help. When she came back with my order, I asked her if it would be possible to box it for me (glass items) and she said no problem at all. I think I could’ve requested that when placing the order online but she did not hesitate or seem bothered in the slightest when I asked. She was attentive and pleasant throughout our interaction, even answered my questions about the Epicurean cutting boards in the display nearby and I ended up purchasing one because of her input. Thank you, Kathleen, for the exceptional customer service!”

“This was going to be a one star review, but thanks to Jennifer it's a 5 star one. I had ordered a smeg kettle online for pickup for a holiday gift and arrived to a very chaotic store. The item was given to me by an employee and I was quickly shooed away to get out. Not great customer service, but understandable. Since I was clearly unwanted I got out, put it in my car, and drove back an hour to home. Unfortunately when I got back, I opened the bag to see that this was clearly an item that had previously been unboxed and then returned, as the box was dented up, had a hole in the side, and the packaging had no seals at all. Very disappointing for such an expensive item. I called the store to see if there was anything they could do, but that was the last item in stock. I would have appreciated if they would have warned me at pickup that it was an open box item, but they didn't. Thankfully Jennifer took my call and offered to help refund the item and issue an open box discount, without forcing me to drive another hour back down there to do so. One star for whoever gave me the item, and 5 stars for Jennifer who was the nicest.”

She took the time to look through many, many options and found a cabinet that would meet my needs. She was pleasant, patient, polite and funny throughout my experience.
