My mother spoke highly of this place, so I wanted to see how good their selection was.The place is so clean, organized, and the lighting is very cozy. They have a huge selection of shoes with a mix of the usual brands and also brands I've never heard of.The employees are also super friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond for the customers. “Murphy's service is like service used to be. They know their stuff. The salesman (I forgot his name) asked a couple of questions and came back with a couple of styles. One was very close to what I like, but not perfect. He went in the back of the shop and came back with a couple more to try on. The first one was the one. They don't have a large selection, which I wasn't looking for. All I wanted was a good fit and a shoe for my type of workout. As for price I went to Zappos and the shoes were the same price and I got great service. Thanks”
“Although customer service wasn’t able to help me with what I needed I’m not going to be sour grapes and give them a bad review because their customer service was excellent and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. I didn’t get the results I liked, but they were still very good at what they did.The store is extremely well stocked with a huge variety of items!Each department has a good variety of items and sizes and the racks are extremely full.The store is easy to get to from the parking lot. It is very clean well designed and easy to find what you need.”

“I purchased a pair of high top converse shoes for my granddaughter in Chicago at a pop-up store. We live in Wisconsin and when we got home, we realized we had two left feet, one canvas, one leather. I called the store in Chicago and they have never set up a mailbox so I had no one to contact. I did call Mark at the store in Rosemont. “I lost the bottom of the heel on one of my favorite boots. I came in Saturday they gave me a ticket and said come back Wednesday. I came back picked them up and they were perfect. They even replaced the heel on the non broken boot as well so they'd match. It was a very quick in and out service. I appreciate the help so much.”

Sam approached me when I walked in the door. He's in his mid-twenties so I quickly looked around to see if anyone else was free. Nobody else was and I'm glad!

“Amazing experience at this store on July 4th' 2024! My wife and I were visiting Chicago from CA. She went shopping at this Under Armour store in the mall in the evening of July 3rd. That night she realized she had lost Tiffany's white gold bracelet with diamonds that I had gifted her for our 25th anniversary! She could not sleep that night! Next morning we called the store. Alex (did not ask for his last name) picked up the phone. We explained the situation. He put us on hold - it took longer than expected so we thought they could not find the bracelet and it is gone! To our surprise, when Alex came back on the call, he asked for us to identify the bracelet. Once we did he said, he has the bracelet. It was such a relief to hear that. We were overjoyed. We drove to the mall, met with Alex at the store and he handed us the bracelet. This bracelet has sentimental value for us but is also very expensive. We are so grateful to Alex for what he did. We appreciate his customer service, honesty, integrity and effort to thoroughly look for out prized possession. Thank you so much, Alex.”
