“The owner was very accommodating, had a very adorable wall for our mimosa bar and provided even warming trays for the food. We were responsible for clean up which was easy to comply as she had a list ready to go! My baby shower was a hit, thank you! Hidden gem.”
“My little family had an amazing time at this museum! We walked in to a very nice and clean museum and were greeted by a very nice man who had amazing information! He was so excited to tell us all about the amazing exhibits and what exactly was in there and then when we started he set the stage for us to have an amazing experience! We drove 2 hours to get there and it was totally worth it! Plus the gift shop is equally as awesome and totally affordable 10/10 would recommend”
“Cute lil indoor playground and year round fun for the kiddies. Recently took my boys the day before Independence Day and they loved it.I'm thinkin' most likely kids 6 and under will probably appreciate it the most but my son who's 8 enjoyed it so I guess I can't speak for everyone.A great way to kill an hour in K-town if you have young kids, rates are reasonable, no charge for adults, venue is kept clean/sanitized, there's beverages, ice cream & snacks (not in the playroom, though) and you can also have a birthday party here.My wife & I already like this place and highly recommend it for anyone who has young kids.”
“I attended a friends birthday party here, and I was impressed! When driving past the plaza, you wouldn’t expect there to be a mini banquet hall. I think this is the perfect size for small to medium sized parties! There was enough room for seating, dance floor, and bands! I will definitely be booking for myself in the future!”
“I had to plan my gender reveal last minute and everyone was booked besides the Vault. The owner responded to any questions I had right away, and overall took a lot of stress off my shoulders. She was more than accommodating. Upon arrival I was nervous because I was told she wouldnt be there but her staff really did the impossible. They not only set up all the tables and chairs AND included beautiful centerpieces but they also helped set up all my decorations and food just in time for the big party. Throughout the entire party, the staff was very sweet, calming all my worries. They even helped our guest package food to go so it was one less worry. At the end of the party, the whole team helped us clean up the party. We definitely will be going back. 5/5 stars, HIGHLY recommend booking a party at this venue!”
“The layout of the museum was well thought out, starting from the stage being set prior to the war through to the end, with additional modern day issues in the final room that tied nicely to the prior exhibits. Much of the museum is told through “newspapers” that explain a concept or theme, often with individual stories. Many of the themes were supplemented with artifacts, letters, and pictures. While the history was really engaging and impactful, the individual stories told throughout really grounded the history through personal perspectives.”

They have so many room options and their premium package includes.. like everything you need for a successful event.My guests complimented everything.. from the food, photobooth, decor, DJ, etc. (they especially loved the bacon wrapped scallops).Our event planner was Erica and she is the best. She cares about her job and it shows! If you see this Erica, you're amazing and thank you again!When the event was a couple weeks away she gave me her personal number so we could stay in contact easily.I highly recommend encore events for future couples. “In for the boot camp graduation. The staff are very knowledgable and informative about the gradation process. They do this every week. Recommend taking the shuttle. Good restaurants all around.Rooms: Bathrooms need stronger exhaust flow.Nearby activities: Casino, don’t bother. Good GPS transmission .Safety: No Issues. Shuttle drivers are dependable. Use the shuttle to pick up you sailorWalkability: Next door to Walmart and restaurantsFood & drinks: Full bar, great staff.”

“I like The Launch, BUT...3 the reasons I "LOVE" The Launch is because of the way 3 of your employees Destinee, Essence, and Marcus treats my Autistic 12 year old Godson! They treat him with the utmost KINDNESS AND RESPECT, you could ever imagine. They never talk AT HIM, they talk TO HIM!! That means so much to me. I am 72 years old, and they treat me, an elderly woman, with the exact same KINDNESS AND RESPECT!! I have sent a lot of my friends to The Launch in Gurnee, Il and it truly because of those 3 employees. To the Launch owners, you did an awesome job when you hired these 3 individuals! They make you look good, as they are the FACE of your company!!I also love how they go to areas of play to check on how LeRoy is doing!!If they are not, they should be head managers, so they can instill their values and work ethics in new employees. “The stay was great. I wish I could remember the young lady that checked us in, bc she was great, very helpful. I was here for my son's Navy bootcamp graduation. The rooms were very nice and spacious, it was plenty of room for my family. The breakfast was really good also. If I had to go back to that area I would definitely stay here again.”
