“Great little family owned shoe store, took my mom which has abnormal feet (size 10 W, not just any Wide will do ?) & they were so attentive, helpful & friendly. ✅ Example: they asked what kind of shoe is she looking for & what size, then they kept bringing shoes out to her, for her to try on! Then when she found one, it was actually a bit tight but they actually made it wider (just for her! ?) because it's leather & can be widen out. I didn't even know they could do that! At the end, she did ended up buying them, she has been looking for shoes for more than 6 years, I'm so glad that the 1st time coming here. We found what were looking for & it only took the right place to go to; find that the shoe fits.”

The orthotics don't fall apart like Scheck and Siress. $700.00 vrs $50... I'll stick with New New Balance from now on. Manager Matt runs a great operation. Now, all they need is some colors in the wide shoes”

The “manager” at the other store gave them the wrong number and they held the wrong shoes. These employees went above and beyond to try and turn our experience into a good one. “I went here on 02/10, I was looking at the guardian angel website and noticed this business was listed as a seller. I was also seeking reflective clothing at the same time. They're advertised as the largest selection of reflective clothing in Chicago so I decided to take the nearly 2 hour drive from Freeport and let me tell you, I was not disappointed and sure didn't leave empty handed. Needless to say I feel a lot safer getting out there doing my job, towing & recovery. I would highly recommend this business for all your reflective and safety gear needs. I'm definitely going to brag about this business to my coworkers!”

There was also a great selection of boots and nicer dress shoes for special events. Definitely tailored more towards an older generation and the prices are very high. Employees are friendly and helpful!”
