“The Downers Grove facility is great. Nate was so helpful, patient, and transparent in answering all of my questions. Moving day on-site went very smoothly and the access to the unit is very convenient.
Also- Jecel at the Woodridge facility was very helpful in answering my questions over the phone and she connected me with Nate and the DG location because Woodridge didn’t have the size unit I needed.

She was very busy when I arrived but made sure to treat everyone with the same demeanor never rushed. She has a very thorough explanation for how everything works and showed everyone how to download and use the app and where to find the rolling carts when we come to access the storage.”

“Jecel Parrish at Cubesmart Woodridge, IL responded promptly to removing a large wasp nest at the top of my storage unit plus a second wasp nest, next to my storage unit. She was polite, efficient and let me know both wasps’ nests had been completely removed. I could then access my storage unit without concern for being stung by wasps when accessing my storage unit.
