“The people there are very friendly!They are not as modern as a cube smart,but the prices are very reasonable. They don't have 24 hr. access but I never had trouble accessing my unit,they are open most days with plenty of time to access your unit!This is one of the reasons their prices are lower!”

“About 18 months ago I moved from a 1-bedroom apartment in one state to a single bedroom in a shared house in a different state. I had never seen the storage unit facility before and never used a storage unit. I did not know how big a unit I needed either, and was struggling to figure out what would be right. I was able to talk to a real person when I called Public Storage pretty quickly, and they were able to help me figure out how large a unit I needed and to set everything up so it would be ready when I moved.
I was dreading getting everything out of my U-haul and into my unit, but when I got there, there were flat carts available. No extra charge, and enough that my family and I could make several trips at once. It was incredibly easy when I got there as well, the lock and key were in my unit as I had been told they would be, all I had to do was load the unit and lock the door. I was able to access my unit whenever I needed to, and I never felt unsafe, even going alone. I had a code to enter and exit, and there was room for 2 vehicles to be side by side, even if one was a truck. The first time I accessed my unit after moving, I did not lock it completely correctly and I got a call that evening from an employee of Public Storage. I was very impressed to see how responsive they were, and that they check the facility regularly.
There was one rent increase in the 18 months I was there, but it was less than $50 more, and I was informed of the change on the app, by email, and by letter. When I was able to move into a new apartment, setting up the move out date was extremely simple. I could do it on the app, and I did not have to provide much notice. I still got an email and a phone call from a person to make sure I knew to take my lock and make sure I was out by the date I had given. The requirements when moving out are also posted on the latch of each unit. Move out was pretty smooth and I get to keep my lock.
All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you Public Storage. If I every need a unit again, I will definitely come back.”

Also- Jecel at the Woodridge facility was very helpful in answering my questions over the phone and she connected me with Nate and the DG location because Woodridge didn’t have the size unit I needed.

“I reserved a storage locker online, but I wasn’t quite sure that the space I rented was the right size for my needs, so I popped in to take a look in person. I was in luck as Dee, the property manager, happened to be in, and she took the time to give me a tour and show me several options. She was so friendly and helpful that I immediately felt I was in good hands. Shout out to Dee for great customer service!
For people not familiar with this location, there’s really no “office space,” but there’s a kiosk where you can video chat with a live person. There’s also a phone number listed at the entry, so you can use that as well.”

“Jecel Parrish at Cubesmart Woodridge, IL responded promptly to removing a large wasp nest at the top of my storage unit plus a second wasp nest, next to my storage unit. She was polite, efficient and let me know both wasps’ nests had been completely removed. I could then access my storage unit without concern for being stung by wasps when accessing my storage unit.
