“Great, clean, well organized store with a wide variety of shoes for adults and kids. They even have non slip and steel toe work shoes. Very affordable (especially at the end of October once everyone's finished their back to school shopping, lots of sales)”

Angela was so awesome in helping me throughout the whole time I was there, from scanning my feet with a 3D digital scanner, understanding what I was searching for in a shoe, and helping me find the best shoes that worked for me. “I visited the store for the first time this evening, and I was blown away! After over 10 years of struggling with flat feet, foot pain, and back issues, I finally decided to check it out.
Nolan, our associate, was fantastic. He performed a thorough foot scan for both me and my husband, tailoring the shoe selections perfectly to our needs. He also helped me find insoles today and helped me ordered a different color shoe for me, and allowing me to pay when I pick them up.
Nolan even found a great pair of shoes for my husband, who has extra-wide feet and often struggles to find comfort. Now that I’m walking dogs more in the neighborhood, I can’t thank him enough! I’ll definitely be recommending this store to everyone!”
“We love this dance supply shop. We have made last minute stops for tights, dance shoes, and earrings and every time Marybeth is very knowledgeable, calm, and helpful. Case in point: It was the night before recital, and of course we could not find my girl's ballet slippers. It was 30 minutes before store closing and I knew we would not make it to Saxton on time. I called to see if I could sneak in an order still. I paid on the phone and picked up the ballet slippers at the music shop next door. Marybeth saves the day!”
“Yesterday I was fortunate enough to go into your VonMaur Store in Bloomington/Normal Illinois. It should be noted that my friend and I received incredible customer service from Karen in women’s clothing, Ann in Jewelry and from a gentleman who helped us in Men’s Clothing. All three Sales Reps were juggling other people while we were shopping (and asking questions as well) and they showed extreme adaptability, knowledge of inventory, patience, and kindness. We were seriously going to walk out with nothing when Karen asked us to try a couple of different dresses and in different sizes and to make a long story short, we both bought the last dress that each of us tried on because of her incredible salesmanship and knowledge of the product, material and fit! A great experience to shop in your stores and she even surpassed the attention test that I always attributed to only boutiques.”

“We walked by the store on a sunny Saturday afternoon and saw these beautiful sparkly pink shoes. My twin granddaughters asked if we could go inside. They do not like to shop but were drawn by the shoes and the wonderful women who measured their feet. Our experience was beyond fabulous. Going forward I will be back with my 5 year old girls!!”

We won't to the same store and exchange them without any problem. I decided to choose other model s-light so I just payed extra 16 dollars. “I visited from Canada and stopped by Nordstrom Rack in Oakbrook to shop for sunglasses and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Nordstrom Rack. Tammy was an absolute gem! The owner knows the measurements and fit of all the shoes in the store, which makes our shoe shopping experience a breeze.
