“Excellent service from the Woodstock Kohl’s! Such a breath of fresh air! Shoes was looking great compared to last I came! Store was clean and staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.
I went on a busy Sunday was immediately greeted by Emily who was handing out free Kohl’s cash! A young lady Melinda was also very helpful in assisting me to find something I saw online, she was quick and was so kind. Lynda at check out service is great as always and always has an answer to everything, so so grateful.

“I came in at 10-5 minutes to closing to see if my tire pressure could be filled. Though the hose was wrapped up, the guy there was good enough to unwrap it and fill my tires for me.”

“The drive thru pickup needs some attention. I pulled up, no one was there and there was no number to call or directions on how to notify them that you were there. After 4 additional cars pulled up behind me, I had to google their store number and alert the customer service guy that I was there. He also was unsure of whobto contact (in his defense, he seemed new and was very pleasant and helpful), eventually he contacted the warehouse and someone came out. From there it went well. My feedback would be to have a better system for pick ups. Everything else was good.”
