“All the branches are super friendly and helpful. But I frequent Yorkville the most as it's the closest and the staff is so welcoming and pleasant. They make me feel known as a customer/ person and not just another account. I've worked with them since about 2004,as Castle bank. I've experienced both business and personal transactions with Yorkville branch over the years and they are absolutely amazing.”

“The tellers at this location are very nice and professional. As I walk up to the drive through speaker they greeted me right away and assisted me with care. It was not too busy so I was in and out in no time. This is one of my favorite Chase branch locations in Illinois. Overall experience was great with no problems or complaints at all.”

“Me and my SO went to chase to set up a joint checking account because that’s who I have my business account with and figured it would be quick. Welp, no one was there that could do that and we were told we needed to make an appointment. I’ve never had to make an appointment to open a checking account in my life and we were already both off work so did a quick search and old second had the best reviews so we headed that way! Came in and were immediately taken care of by Corsica. She was incredibly kind and got us all set pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend for your banking needs! It’s nice to see some banks are still fully staffed and you can talk to a human 😂”
