βLocated in downtown Kenosha, this Jockey Factory Store offers you a taste of a bygone era when customer service was the essence of the business. The staff are are the best. Today I was lucky enough to have Lynn helping me out with an online return and new purchase. The inventory is always well laid out and there are bargains to be found, but it’s the incredible kindness and genuine desire to help out their customers, that keeps me returning year after year.

βYesterday my best friend and I went to Gurnee Mills to look for an outfit to wear to her birthday party and we were having no luck in every store we went to no one was helpful or friendly even. It was hard to even find anyone to ask a question to. And then we went into Buckle and it was the best decision. All of the girls were so helpful. They were all smiling and happy and just made her feel so at ease It literally felt like the scene from the movie Pretty Woman where the associates were doting on her bringing her clothes to try on and making her feel like a princess. Those girls who worked at Buckle in gurnee mills on Saturday, May 16th 2026 were the absolute BEST β€οΈ Thank you for making my BFF feel so comfortable and helping her find the perfect birthday outfit!β

My boyfriend and I went in to find him a suit for a wedding, and while we were initially overwhelmed by the volumes of options in the store, we were quickly impressed by being able to find exactly what we needed, get him custom measurements, and save over $100 from what our other options were. Highly recommend!β

There was no sticker shock, as I have a pair of Lucky Brand wonder jeans that I obtained second hand. I did my research, knowing I would pay $120 or more for a product that's what I want, with a great fit, and well made.β

βFor at least the last 15 years, UA has been my favorite sports wear overall. Superior quality material with an array of sleek designs and color options among the apparel lineup, UA knows how to do it.I love clothes in general so I'd be lying to say that this is the only brand among sports wear I wear. I do wear a little bit from other known competitors such as Nike, Puma and Adidas.Sales here are typically good especially nearing Christmas and other holiday wknds. Store is always well organized, kept clean/sanitized and customer service is always friendly & helpful.β
