“It seems like anymore when ever I go to a bank the wait is very long due to lack of employees working. Assume due to more and more internet banking and less face to face. Well today I was here and the wait was not too long and two I dealt with were both helpful and nice.”

“My Wife & I opened checking & savings accounts here this weekend. When I called earlier in the week to schedule the appointment, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything went smooth and we are now happy Key Bank Account holders. Our appointment was lengthy due to some documents we needed notarized, but Rachel Fox & Grace Martin were very patient, helpful & friendly. “Never had an issue going into the branch in person; I prefer it as opposed to the drive-thru. Yes, it's busy on a Friday. Everyone's trying to cash their paycheck. I dislike that their forced, I assume by management, to greet you with a "welcome to huntington" upon entering. A simple hello or how can I help you normally suffices.”

“Love State Bank in Avon. Small Town bank with a heart. I had changed my online payment and accidently canceled a loan payment. My loan officer called me, before a late fee to warn me of a potential problem. What bank calls you to avoid a late fee? The bank may have lost out on some extra cash, but they have gained a customer for life.”
“My mother-in-law banked here for many years and we also had our children's college funds saved here until they needed money for school. My youngest still has part of her funds in her account here. It's a solid, trustworthy place to bank. Good Christmas savings club. Of course, the interest on savings could be better but they also have fair rates if you borrow so, it evens out. (We cashed in a bond once and they made the process smooth and painless.) I could recommend Forum mainly as a good place to start out teaching your children about savings, banking in general, etc.”
