“I went to the store at 5 o’clock Sunday one hour before they closed. All of a sudden they got bombarded with customers and there was only two people working Raj and Brian. Raj was helping multiple customers at one time and I arrived with numerous issues. Raj went above and beyond to resolve all of my issues despite the fact that it was time for them to close and the store was full at one point. Brian then helped me to make sure my laptop could connect to my phone’s hotspot. They helped me with two phones, exchanged my router modem and made sure I was back up and running since I work at home. Before going to the Avon store, I spent hours on the phone with Xfinity who told me my router was not the issue. They said a technician could not correct my issues for over a week because it was “outside my house”. The Avon store reps saved the day.”
“David helped us today and was extremely helpful! He made sure we got the best deal possible! He was kind and pleasant to work with! He gave us great deals on our phones and a new tablet and even lowered out monthly rate in the process. He made the process simple, quick, easy. Couldn't ask for better help.”

“Michelle was working by her self in early morning of 8-10-2026. I didn't wait long. She went over and beyond for her customers service by replacing a sim without question to fix my elderly friends phone I brought in for her. All 3 other times I've brought it there has been a 45 min weight or they were rude and I left. Decided to come back one more time and then the perfect person was the only one in the store helping everyone out ... Thank you so much Michelle for making my day today easier. Your so awesome at your job, kind customer service is what people should get every time. I love your how can I help attitude not just with me but the other two customers you were multi tasking to help everyone. Exceptional job.

“Aiden did a great job at helping me fix my phones with mixed esims. He was attentive and solved my problem. There are a lot reviews talking about lack of service or capabilities. T-Mobile Authorized Retailers are not the same as official T-Mobile stores and may have some limitations that only T-Mobile themselves have to handle.”
