“I went to the store at 5 o’clock Sunday one hour before they closed. All of a sudden they got bombarded with customers and there was only two people working Raj and Brian. Raj was helping multiple customers at one time and I arrived with numerous issues. Raj went above and beyond to resolve all of my issues despite the fact that it was time for them to close and the store was full at one point. Brian then helped me to make sure my laptop could connect to my phone’s hotspot. They helped me with two phones, exchanged my router modem and made sure I was back up and running since I work at home. Before going to the Avon store, I spent hours on the phone with Xfinity who told me my router was not the issue. They said a technician could not correct my issues for over a week because it was “outside my house”. The Avon store reps saved the day.”

“This team is really helpful. I wrecked my phone on my way to catch a flight to Indy from Denver and it ruined my day. Zion was really helpful when I wanted a Pixel phone but had no means to find out what store I could find one at. I had to wait for a ride and felt very welcomed. Overall really impressed with the customer service.”
“Aiden did a great job at helping me fix my phones with mixed esims. He was attentive and solved my problem. There are a lot reviews talking about lack of service or capabilities. T-Mobile Authorized Retailers are not the same as official T-Mobile stores and may have some limitations that only T-Mobile themselves have to handle.”
