“I took my grandson’s Timex watch in to a jeweler in Mooresville to have the back put back on after he had taken it off to replace the battery. They quoted me a fee of $15.00 and said to pick the watch up the next day. When I didn’t hear from them I called to see if the watch was ready and was told that he couldn’t get the back on the watch, to come and pick it up. I googled jewelers near me and found Mason’s Jewelry Store in Plainfield. I took it to them and the lady said that she’d put the back on while I waited and there would not be a charge. I was very impressed with her professionalism, expertise, friendliness and kindness. She put the back on the watch and set the time and date all within a few minutes. I highly recommend this store.”

“I called for information about a Hammitt purse I had not seen in person. It’s new and I wanted to know if my phone would fit in the outer back pocket. The purse had not arrived to their shop yet, and Hammitt had not yet sent them measurements. They sent me a text when the purse arrived to their shop. Instead of just giving me measurements, they sent me a video of one of their staff wearing the purse, putting her cell phone in the back pocket and even brought over another similar Hammitt purse for me to compare size. I have NEVER received such a helpful response! It was unexpected and very thoughtful. I loved the purse and immediately decided to purchase. About 15 minutes later I received a text with a picture of the shipping label already printed with the purse sent the same day. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for more. This is a business that knows how to treat their customers and provide the kind of service that makes you feel like you are a priority. Rest assured if you purchase from Michelle’s Boutique you will be in excellent hands.”

“I started out by looking for a store I could get a ring resized. I got lucky when I found Gina's. I am so pleased. Took a ring to have it sized smaller. It's just a sterling silver simple ring. It was treated just as if it were an expensive item. Wanted a new thumb ring and was able to place and order from their catalog to look at a few. Oh wow, liked them so much I bought all three.
