“Several years back, I took a Movado watch to Kaye Jewelers to replace battery. They had to send it to California. It took 3 weeks and $125. Yesterday, same watch needed battery again. I dropped it off about 1:00 pm at Mason Jewelers in Plainfield. They called at 2:48 to tell me the watch was ready. My bill was $23 and change. This speaks for itself. Plus, they are always friendly and professional”

We went to the color bar and every employee was so kind and courteous. They helped us pick jewelry, stones and also kept us updated on pricing for everything. Specifically, Maggie, was so incredible. “Fantastic jewelry repair! Fixed two gold necklace chains of mine within days. They both look brand new! One of the chains is extremely small, and I was told that the repair will likely be visible due to how small the links are. I can’t tell where the repair was done at all; the necklace looks brand new!

And when they got done, they discounted it quite a bit, which I was very shocked. And very appreciative, because neither one of them had to do that which impressed me, I looked at the rings, and I've decided there's a few that are 1 to purchase. Put it on top of that. My green, what's beautiful? He cleaned it and polished it on top of checking the diamonds in my set and replacing the 2 diamonds. Thank you. I would suggest this company to anybody”
