He looked at them and saw that one just needed a real quick adjustment that took literally 1 second - most people would take it and say it needs to be fixed in a week and charge me a ton so i really appreciated him being honest with what was wrong with it. “So I wanted a Tissot PRX in light green. It is hard to find. Kristi told me that she would try to find one fore me and it may take some time. A few hours later I got a text from letting me know that she ordered it for me. I went today to pick it up. All the employees that work there are just great at understanding having a conversation and it’s making you feel comfortable. If you need any kind of watch / jewelry this is a great family owned business to support. Her dad is one of the sweetest/nicest man you’ll meet.”

“What a great boutique on Mass Ave! I stopped in mostly because it was hot out and I'm glad I did. They have a great selection of items. Everything from jewelry, leather bags, glass ware, some house wares and even horoscope perfumes. Items come from everywhere and are high quality. “Great experience! Came here with my sis to get my 2 nieces' (ages 5 and 7) ears pierced. She chose this spot specifically because they're licensed nurses and know the right way to pierce to minimize any risk of error or infection. Everything was very sterile and sanitized. They also have the option of choosing the needle or the piercing gun.STAFF: One of my nieces was extremely nervous and they were great with her - made sure she felt heard, validated, but also reassured & safe. They communicated each step and didn't get frustrated when she needed a little extra time. They also were very meticulous in making sure the marker dots were right on point for each ear!SHOP: The shop itself is super cute and inviting, with bright modern colors, mirrors, and beautiful clear display cases of allergen free earrings for different ages and styles. It's all very organized with prices clearly displaced, and all earrings for sale are encased and kept sanitary from browsing hands. PRICING: Yes, it's certainly more expensive than a Claire's, but you're also looking at good hypoallergenic materials that won't irritate, an environment you know is sterile, and well-trained staff. If you already have your ears pierced and don't have sensitive skin, may not be necessary for you to just buy earrings here. But definitely would recommend for new piercings or allergic/sensitive ears.You do have to buy the spray to disinfect/care for your piercing in the weeks following it (like you would anywhere) and my sis did say it was a bit pricier than she expected. You might be able to find elsewhere cheaper if you wanted to? But would definitely get it in general.FOLLOW-UP SERVICE: Ideally, you'd never have to return! But my nieces were playing a few days after the piercing and one of their earrings got stuck in the other ones' hair, and it got yanked out. My sister was having trouble getting it back in so she waited and went back to Rowan 2 days later (when we got back in town) and they re-pierced it. She did have to go back in twice bc the first time they were too busy, but the next day they were able to fit her in and re-pierced it free of charge. Thank you!”
