“You have wonderfully alert tellers, one of whom spotted a fraudulent check -one of mine that had been washed and rewritten for $1700 yesterday, but I have now tried 5-6 times between 9:40 and 10:40 to speak with that alert teller, with no luck. You can't hold, you can't register for a call back. You're just told to call back later. You must need more help, or a call back program, but definitely something. But again I am so appreciative of that teller who was suspicious and looked up my account to see that the handwriting didn't match and then called me.”
