“What a find my wife and I discovered today...Our first ever visit to the Take Root Country Store. This store is beautifully laid out with so many wonderful displays of various items; seasonal items, antiques, hand-crafted items, new items, and one of a kind gift ware. Primitive items and candles were a plenty. They have a sweet pup and the chattiest kitty in the shop. They love to be doted on. Clever kitty was trying to get my husband to follow her to fill her food bowl. The owners were up for a quick chat and we found the whole shopping experience to be worth the trip to see. We will be visiting them again! Thank you for a warm and cozy experience on such a chilly day. The Kidds 2/17/24.”

“I recently acquired a few authentic Japanese woodblock prints which had been created in the 1910-1930's. I did some research about the optimal framing/preservation techniques for these items and further research indicated that Frameworks would be a good place to have this work done. I went there and talked with the man who does this sort of work and we agreed on the framing and matting, along with technique and use of museum glass. I was very impressed and happy with the result. Each of these is now a showpiece that can be enjoyed for more generations to come. I would highly recommend Frameworks.”
“This is by far one of the best stores I have been to. The Greenwood, Indiana location has the nicest and most attentive staff. I was having a rough day (but of course they didn’t know that) and I was indecisive about a set of vases that I liked. The manager of the store offered to hold them until

“This place is HUGE. For someone who’s just moved into a new house, it’s very tempting to just stroll and take notes on what to buy. A good section is dedicated to frames and paintings, but there’s a ton of furniture, from couches, chairs, lawn chairs, desks, ottomans, etc. It’s definitely worth taking your time and combing through all they have to offer. There’s plenty of wicker to go around!”

“While I did not purchase or sell anything here, I did enjoy looking around. Out of the 3 antique shops on this street, this was most active and most modern. There were 3 employees inside, one woman who came in the back with a box of things, and a customer that was inquiring about selling. I feel like the items in this store were less "old" looking. The majority of the booths had anywhere from 20-50% off signs. They do have public restrooms.”
