She educated me on online banking and opened a whole new, easier world of banking and tracking my spending and subscriptions for me. I was incredibly impressed. “Greetings to all – jolly Dave here – just a note of gratitude, happiness, and joy to share – I was in a pickle yesterday – I went to my ‘old’ bank for a very important wire transfer towards the purchase of a house – for untimely reasons that were not their fault, they didn’t have staff to help with this very important wire transfer – the following day(today) was/is a holiday – and I’m supposed to close tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM – yikes! So… I went across the street to the IUCU Winslow branch – to my delight, a nice lady, Jessica Baxter took great care of me – had a smile on her face the whole way, even though my information was old and had to be updated (whoops) she treated me like I was important and that she cared and most importantly, got the wire transfer done and sent off before closing – good job Jessica! Thank you very much – this is her card, I highly recommend her and this facility for banking needs, and I will definitely be back”

Service has always been top notch, tellers super friendly, and I just love the layout of the online banking and app. I called today to find out about a refund from my credit card I hadn’t received (honestly I probably threw the envelope away). I only go to this bank whenever I need to make a deposit or cash orders. They greet me every time with a smile, and even address me by my name which is awesome.
