“Cute boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, perfect location for IU families. Housekeeping is available based on request. No beverages (water bottles) are provided in the hotel room. Suggest taking refillable water bottles as multiple water stations are available in the union and throughout the campus.”

“Good hotel.New breakfast tacos were top notch made the breakfast way better compared to the standard processed and unhealthy options. Please keep doing this.Only issues encountered.Shower took nearly 5 minutes to get to a reasonable temperature. The cold water wouldn’t work in the bathroom sink. Only the hot water… which was cold unless you used it for 5 minutes. Then it was only hot.Rooms: Good standard homewood suites.Safety: No issues.”
“Before I retired, I traveled a lot. I am a fan of Marriott and that was always my first choice of hotels. My recent stay at the Bloomington Courtyard reminded me of why they have been my hotel of choice. I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of Juan and all the staff. Next time I'm in Bloomington, I'll be staying here.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Candlewood Suites and the service was phenomenal; particularly River (at the front desk) went over and beyond on her customer service. She was welcoming, warm, and made us feel that we were at home. Very nice young lady. I highly recommend to stay at this location, mostly for River’s phenomenal service !”
“The facility overall is very nice. However, the mattress was as hard as a concrete slab and very uncomfortable. We killed a couple of German Cockroaches in the room and there was another unknown bug stuck on the ceiling/wall that must have been dead because it never moved. The bathroom was a bit small and cramped but filled the bill! The coffee in the morning was terrible and more water than coffee. Other than these issues, the overall stay was good.
Rooms: The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but functional.
Food and drinks: The breakfast was good, except for the coffee. The coffee was more water than coffee”

“Very friendly and the breakfast was good. Nicely located, very convenient. Everything was clean. The rooms were standard, and the beds were more comfortable than other places I've stayed.”
“I love this place. It makes me feel like I am back at my grandparents house, that cozy feeling I got from those childhood memories. I love how there is a kitchen which is difficult to find in a hotel. The staff here is great. The front desk clerk was amazing. He was such a great guy. Friendly. It's ten minute drive to downtown and right off 66 which is great if traveling through.”
“Have to affirm that the staff really set this hotel apart. I appreciate the early check in as we came in on the red eye flight from Los Angeles. I know that means that house keeping is on it for room availability. Front desk as well to look at room inventory. My wife, son and I were tired and in need of rest.
The room was clean and well appointed. Room darkening shades worked perfectly too. This was definitely one of our better stays.”
“Walkability: In the thick of the downtown scene with abutting street blocked off with food trucks on Friday. Fun atmosphere for everyone. College bars & restaurants are nearby. Easy parking.”
