Rated 4 stars because we were hoping to get some Chicago bears shirts at this Indianapolis area store. For NFL teams they only have Colts logos. For college sports and other pro sports they carry many teams. Just not NFL.”
“Love this store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The merchandise is top quality as well as the embroidery work. I bought my daughter's letterman's jacket from them 18 months ago. I've since taken it in twice to have patches added. I went to a Math/Science high school without sports or music programs, so I have NO experience with these jackets. The owner helped me at my first visit, answering all my 'stupid' questions. Every time I visit, the staff has been wonderful, and her jacket looks great. I included a pic that's not a weird mustard stain, I just blocked out the name.Update:It's been several years since my review. Since then, the staff here continues to be top-notch. I love visiting with the owners, Phil and his son, when I stop by to pick up or drop off.They also did my youngest daughter's letterman jacket, which looks perfect.My husband, who teaches high school, also became the girl's head swim coach at his school this year. For Senior Night, he had ASA embroider towels for the seniors, which came out beautifully. The towels were purchased at Sam's Club.”

I will be repeating business! Also, they do just about anything you need for your school sports team apparel!”

Some racks were sorted by color and size of many different styles. And some was same style with different sizes.
The only thing I didn't like is the layout of inventory. But I am sure as I went there I would get used to it.”
“TERRIFIC PEOPLE! I was there to pick up long empty trailer. Smiling and courteous people told me where to find the trailer. When I asked, they told me outbound process. Both people explained well and weren't annoyed by my lack of knowledge. It was driver appreciation week. They greeted me with water and snack. They gave my dog a dog sandwhich style cookie! I really liked the sign thanking drivers on the fence.”
“Pretty good store. I asked the checkout where weighted vests are, they pointed me in the right direction and I found what I was looking for. It came in a box that looked like it was returned and poorly wrapped in tape, but apparently that’s what that brand is supposed to look like. I took it out and everything was good to go. I wish they carried heavier vests though like 60 lbs and had other sports teams like Norte Dame”

“Went to buy a item as a Christmas gift. I had no idea what I was buying. The young man who was helping me was unable to find the item I wanted (there was one in the display case, but he couldn't find the corresponding box). He asked for help from the manager. The manager took over and also was unable to find it. The young man reappeared and said the item was labeled incorrectly. He was able to locate the correct item within minutes! I am thrilled with the extra effort the staff (two people!) put into helping me and making sure I got what I wanted. I will go back.”
