“Due to my poor planning, I had to place a last-minute custom apparel order with an online company, and to ensure on-time delivery, I paid for expedited shipping. Although they arrived on time, as promised, unfortunately, they were not designed correctly, and these items were to be distributed the next day. Now, scrambling to find a solution, I emailed and called several print shops looking for someone who could process a same- or next-day order. Only one company said they could: The Locker Room. I shared my dilemma with Makenzi, the owner, who didn't hesitate to place a rush apparel order, create the needed design, and even finish the entire order a few hours before my deadline! I can't thank her and her team enough for their help. Their professionalism and eagerness to assist me went above and beyond what anyone could expect. From now on, The Locker Room will be our go-to place for all our apparel needs!”

Shirts, shorts, shoes, athletic gear, under garments and much more.
Some racks were sorted by color and size of many different styles. And some was same style with different sizes.
The only thing I didn't like is the layout of inventory. But I am sure as I went there I would get used to it.”
“Pretty good store. I asked the checkout where weighted vests are, they pointed me in the right direction and I found what I was looking for. It came in a box that looked like it was returned and poorly wrapped in tape, but apparently that’s what that brand is supposed to look like. I took it out and everything was good to go. I wish they carried heavier vests though like 60 lbs and had other sports teams like Norte Dame”
“TERRIFIC PEOPLE! I was there to pick up long empty trailer. Smiling and courteous people told me where to find the trailer. When I asked, they told me outbound process. Both people explained well and weren't annoyed by my lack of knowledge. It was driver appreciation week. They greeted me with water and snack. They gave my dog a dog sandwhich style cookie! I really liked the sign thanking drivers on the fence.”
“Visited west 86th street store Thursday 12/4/25. Was looking for an extra large swim cap. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that assisted me but he was very nice, pleasant and helpful. The gentleman at the register (I think his name was Juju) was very pleasant and friendly.

“Went to buy a item as a Christmas gift. I had no idea what I was buying. The young man who was helping me was unable to find the item I wanted (there was one in the display case, but he couldn't find the corresponding box). He asked for help from the manager. The manager took over and also was unable to find it. The young man reappeared and said the item was labeled incorrectly. He was able to locate the correct item within minutes! I am thrilled with the extra effort the staff (two people!) put into helping me and making sure I got what I wanted. I will go back.”
