“Ordered 5 tires. One tire arrived in 2 days from FedEx, the other 4 to be shipped, then delivered to my house. This appears to be a bad vendor they use, as I still don't have the tires. Tracking shows they arrived 2/15 to the trucking depot, but they swear they don't have them.Off Road has maintained communication with me and I really hate leaving 1 star but the bottom line is simple. I paid $1,900 for 5 tires and got 1. When I started calling/emailing them about this, I feel, they should have dropped everything, figured this out and ensured my delivery was finalized. As the customer, I'm spending way to much of my time making calls, sending emails trying to track these tires down. I've done my part, now it's their turn to see this transaction thru.Would I buy from again? Maybe, but drop ship this straight to my house. Don't save a few bucks using shotty freight companies.Update: After Soeaking with Jordan, he took the lead and sent me 4 more tires fedex. The logestic company is to blame for my experience. Off Road has done everything they could possibly do and I will def be doing business with them again.”

“My Charger was rear-ended and damaged the rear plastic bumper cover. I got a couple estimates, D&M was the lowest. Mario did an estimate and said it would be no problem fixing it. When I went to pick up my car the bumper looked amazing, looked like a brand new bumper cover. Great job to everyone at D&M! Everyone at D&M was very helpful and friendly.

“Place is a joke spend 30 minutes doing there job finding a transaction for them only to be told the 2nd part of my transaction can't be found either not my fault they can't do there job pathetic the customer has to call from store to store to find the transaction numbers for them for each and every transaction on my time because there so concerned about fraud pathetic I don't have this problem at any other location won't go to this store again will take my business elsewhere”

“Geo was excellent to work with! Did a fantastic job removing the bad part of the frame that had developed rust, and replaced it with new metal. Even going the extra mile to coat the inside and outside with a rust encapsulator to help hinder any further rust development. His communication was clear, and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

“I wish I could give more than five stars - Scott’s work is outstanding. I scraped my door quite badly on a concrete pillar in a parking garage (not my best moment), and I was so upset because I’d kept my car in such good condition. But Scott came to the rescue! He was so nice and got me in quick and did just an incredible job!! The before and after pictures don’t do it justice. It was a really bad scrape/dent, and now it looks perfect. He’s an artist. I hope I don’t need more body work soon (for obvious reasons), but if I do, he’s on my speed dial. And I will recommend him to anyone I know!”
