Initially I called for a part. The phone was quickly answered, I made my inquiry. Instead of just putting me on hold. Anthony set my expectations as he was helping a guest and had another line on hold. After a short while he reassured I wasn't forgotten.
The in-stock part was competitively priced. I asked for a different grade of component that better fit my budget and application, which came in the next morning.”

“Went to get oil and an oil filter for my car, was greeted and helped by Gus. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did he get me out of the door with the products I needed, he also helped me check my oil, scrub some corrosion off my battery and check a few other things. He also taught me how to do these things on my own. I am very grateful and happy with the service i received. Gus went above and beyond!!”

“I was in the market for a new alternator for an older truck I’m messing around with. After almost 37 years the original finally gave it up. With all of the garbage floating around in some of parts stores I took the advice of several people who recommended Power Pro. I dropped it off for a rebuild and the owner knew literally everything about what I had. He said it would just take a couple days. Within 26 hours he called to tell me it was done. I couldn’t believe it was the same piece I dropped off the day before. It looks literally brand new. His prices were unbelievable for today’s market in a good way. His prompt service and reasonable prices have made me a future customer for sure. I urge everyone who needs something like this done to not waste your time or money on the big box junk. Thanks again the truck is running great !”
“Place is a joke spend 30 minutes doing there job finding a transaction for them only to be told the 2nd part of my transaction can't be found either not my fault they can't do there job pathetic the customer has to call from store to store to find the transaction numbers for them for each and every transaction on my time because there so concerned about fraud pathetic I don't have this problem at any other location won't go to this store again will take my business elsewhere”

The second car we had some concern about a spot we hadnt noticed after we got the car back and from the very first call in, they treated us well, and after taking the car back in to be looked over, the paint pro explained how this was prior and why (we hadn't noticed and on intake, they hadn't noticed or photo'd it) we are content that he is right on it.
