They were helpful and knowledgeable on the call, so I headed there. They encouraged me to bring the exact vehicle to insure parts match and operation. I left in 10 minutes after great customer service with the part ALREADY installed (by myself) and FULLY operational. Extremely happy with my experience.”
“I didn’t get into an accident, just “Chicago” wear and tear, letting the girlfriend drive it, etc etc.
Instead of buying a new car (which is what my pathetic, OCD self would do with a car with only 30,000 miles on it) decided to have the few panels and dents get “rebuilt”.
I wung it (not being familiar with with the company) and it was a LOT less expensive than I expected, so I pulled the pin.
Aside from a little hiccup where they forgot to install something (which they obviously made good on) it was all done how I wanted and it looks like a brand new car.
I recommend this place to everyone no matter what amount of damage your vehicle has. It was cheap and the job was done professionally and by true craftsmen. There were no “hidden” costs. The estimate was the price.
I couldn’t be happier. If I need more body work (which I inevitably will at some point) I’m taking it back here.

“I was in the market for a new alternator for an older truck I’m messing around with. After almost 37 years the original finally gave it up. With all of the garbage floating around in some of parts stores I took the advice of several people who recommended Power Pro. I dropped it off for a rebuild and the owner knew literally everything about what I had. He said it would just take a couple days. Within 26 hours he called to tell me it was done. I couldn’t believe it was the same piece I dropped off the day before. It looks literally brand new. His prices were unbelievable for today’s market in a good way. His prompt service and reasonable prices have made me a future customer for sure. I urge everyone who needs something like this done to not waste your time or money on the big box junk. Thanks again the truck is running great !”
“I can't say enough good things about Ken at Carquest Auto Parts. After I had ongoing issues with a set of Duracell golf cart batteries, Ken took the time to diagnose the problem and determined they had internal continuity issues. Rather than making me jump through hoops, he stood behind the warranty and replaced all four batteries with a comparable—actually better—set of DieHard batteries.
What really impressed me was the customer service. Ken's staff personally picked up the defective batteries and delivered the replacements, making the entire process incredibly easy. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about taking care of the customer, and Ken went above and beyond.
If you're looking for knowledgeable staff and outstanding service, I highly recommend Ken and the team at Carquest. They've definitely earned my future business.”

“Went to get oil and an oil filter for my car, was greeted and helped by Gus. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did he get me out of the door with the products I needed, he also helped me check my oil, scrub some corrosion off my battery and check a few other things. He also taught me how to do these things on my own. I am very grateful and happy with the service i received. Gus went above and beyond!!”

“Place is a joke spend 30 minutes doing there job finding a transaction for them only to be told the 2nd part of my transaction can't be found either not my fault they can't do there job pathetic the customer has to call from store to store to find the transaction numbers for them for each and every transaction on my time because there so concerned about fraud pathetic I don't have this problem at any other location won't go to this store again will take my business elsewhere”

Initially I called for a part. The phone was quickly answered, I made my inquiry. Instead of just putting me on hold. Anthony set my expectations as he was helping a guest and had another line on hold. After a short while he reassured I wasn't forgotten.
The in-stock part was competitively priced. I asked for a different grade of component that better fit my budget and application, which came in the next morning.”
