“Ordered 5 tires. One tire arrived in 2 days from FedEx, the other 4 to be shipped, then delivered to my house. This appears to be a bad vendor they use, as I still don't have the tires. Tracking shows they arrived 2/15 to the trucking depot, but they swear they don't have them.Off Road has maintained communication with me and I really hate leaving 1 star but the bottom line is simple. I paid $1,900 for 5 tires and got 1. When I started calling/emailing them about this, I feel, they should have dropped everything, figured this out and ensured my delivery was finalized. As the customer, I'm spending way to much of my time making calls, sending emails trying to track these tires down. I've done my part, now it's their turn to see this transaction thru.Would I buy from again? Maybe, but drop ship this straight to my house. Don't save a few bucks using shotty freight companies.Update: After Soeaking with Jordan, he took the lead and sent me 4 more tires fedex. The logestic company is to blame for my experience. Off Road has done everything they could possibly do and I will def be doing business with them again.”

“Our business van needed attention around the third brake light area. Every issue was addressed and the estimate was completed same day ( was much cheaper than other companies as well ). Scheduled appointment and time frame of completion was on point. There was 1 small issue upon completion but they corrected it and finished while I waited next day. Great company and quality work was performed and the owner was all about helping the customer. Will definitely return for any future needs.”

After being there so many times I can honestly say that I have been treated with the utmost respect and the help there goes above and beyond to help me with any items I am looking for. “Knowledgeable and probably reasonable, as far as prices. At least in the little I dealt with them. If your work isn't pressing, I don't think it'll be done anytime soon, as a vehicle we were told would be ready to sell in 4-6 weeks is still sitting there over two months later, but that doesn't apply to a vehicle you take to him to be fixed, necessarily. His lot is extremely full, but the cars do cycle through.”

“A+++++ I was having a hard time finding a place that would change my battery for me asap, and those places also said they couldn’t until they saw it or would only do it if it were seriously corroded etc.Over the phone, this autozone said they’d do it. I was relieved. I got there, was immediately helped, and asked for the cheapest battery and she let me know it’s only a 90 day warranty, so I got the next price up with an 18 month warranty. She saved me from a hassle later on.The guy came out, took one look at my battery, and said, “Yep I can do it.” He did it beautifully and was so pleasant. THANK YOU LOGAN I COULDN’T BE MORE APPRECIATIVE. I am absolutely relieved.”
