“I've never been in a Verizon store before, but im so glad I chose this one. Kevin greeted me as soon as I walked in the door I wanted to get iPhone for my son and his father. Kevin helped me right away and if he had any questions his co- worker Sarah help him and I was able to get out of there fairly quickly.
This store is great.
Verizon needs to recognize the people who are there and keep their name going out the doorway remembering how great Verizon is.”

“I went to Best Buy to purchase a new laptop. They offered a wide selection and I chose one with the help of one of their sales associates and took it home. It took me a couple of weeks before starting the process of making it my laptop and ran into a couple of issues - one with Microsoft which led to me trying to return the subscription to MS 365 which hadn't been what I needed. The return was outside their 15 day window and not approved by their manager. The next day, while trying to connect my new laptop to my printer I learned that the laptop's processor was incompatible with my printer. After a lot of time researching the issue it became apparent that I had to return to the store to return my computer. I braced myself for an unpleasant encounter with the manager but was pleasantly surprised when he agreed to the return and found a sales associate to help me choose a new laptop. I appreciated that the manager took the time to listen to me and understand my situation and genuinely wanted to find a fair resolution. So I just wanted to express my thanks to Alex (manager) and Lucas (sales associate} for their help.”

“Me and my husband went here and got new phones and had the best experience with Madelyn. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on your phone plans. She did a wonderful job helping set up our accounts and Max on my new phone. We like the Galaxy A15 way better than the S24. It's a bigger phone with better service and it's way cheaper than T-Mobile.

She knows how to talk to people right , treat people right and her CO-WORKERS are amazing . LINDA ANTONY and RICHARD are the best. I appreciate Richards humble spirit. I had called another store for the same item and the worker at the other store she was mean. SO I hung up and called this store ! IT was like night and day ...I thank GOD that Linda had the mind to be professional. Drove all the way from FISHERS INDIANA because LINDA was amazing.
