He scraped my account looking for anything he could do to make things more efficient, answered all my questions about fiber, got my new phone square away in record time, and we laughed during the entire process. It was even a federal holiday but he and the lady that worked there seemed unbothered they were forced to work. I appreciated his time and efforts and will be making this store my new "home" for all things AT&T related.”
