Alex was beyond patient and went out of his way to set up our devices for both my husband and myself. At&t should be so grateful for the customer service Alex provides because it definitely keeps us as At&t customers.”

She did a wonderful job helping set up our accounts and Max on my new phone. We like the Galaxy A15 way better than the S24. It's a bigger phone with better service and it's way cheaper than T-Mobile.
