“This is now my favorite AT&T store. A guy who's name I can't spell, but first initial is a P I think, was excellent at helping me. He was very knowledgeable and professional at his job. He is a very nice man. I have been to other stores where they didn't even try to help me. I can't wait to return my old phone so I can see him again.”
