Steve helped me in-shop to pick out the perfect fireplace and design for my new condo and he even stopped by to double-check measurements and my choices. He was tremendously responsive anytime I reached out with questions and very quick to respond on everything. Troy did the install and his work is amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure the new fireplace was built exactly how I wanted and included me in every step along the way. He made multiple trips to get the job done just right.
