“My experience started with a frustrating delivery issue. However, I want to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from Cole.
Due to an internal account error, my order was delayed and my items were not delivered as scheduled. Once Cole became involved, he took ownership of the situation and worked tirelessly to find the problem and rectify the situation. He kept me informed, tracked down the root issue, coordinated the resolution, and went far beyond what I would normally expect from customer service today. What could have been a 0 or 1 star experience completely turned around my perception of the company.”

I received numerous email notifications prior to delivery, to advise me on what I ordered, how to prepare for my delivery, and when to expect delivery.
Delivery team was prompt, well versed on setting up my purchase , and were very polite and respectful.

“We are extremely pleased that we chose Houseworks for bar stools. Sales manager, Dustin, took the time to come to our home to see our layout and learn our personal tastes. He had ideas we hadn't thought of, and he knew bar stool details that we didn't know. That was very helpful. He then selected a group of stools with accompanying fabrics, having them ready for us to view in the store. That was huge! He made what could have been an overwhelming, stressful search into a pain-free, pleasurable experience. Dustin's knowledge and his experience in design were exactly what we needed. I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. The company delivered the wrong matress and never took away the pld matress as promised. Super dissapointed.

Bedroom Sets, Mattresses, Fine Dining Tables, Desks, Lamps, Curio Cabinets, Coffee Tables, Recliners, Loveseats, Sofa’s (Traditional, Modern, Reclining, Stationary) to choose from is exceptional. They carry top of the line brands you can’t find anywhere else. You can even special order a custom selection of your choice with many designs and fabrics to choose from. Very satisfied with the Service and staff. They take pride in their work. Always knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. 5 Golden Stars. Will be back again. and again. and if anyone asks me I only recommend them because their Furniture Store is unrivaled.”
“I thought my son ruined our newest Lovesac couch by stacking a highlighter pen into the cover - heavy in 4 spots. I known the e covers are washable and durable but this stain was insane. No way this was coming out. I waited a few months before even trying. (Made that base the ottoman and put a huge book over it to hide it.). Then I took the cover off - blotted with a little dish-soapy water, and could not believe the amount of neon yellow ink that came out onto the cloth and water. Let it dry. The next day we ran warm water over it to wet it and try another method and it came totally out with just the water. Let it dry in the sun and you can’t tell it ever happened. Amazing. I loved my LoveSac before - but this was beyond my expectations. (It is grey corded velvet so the yellow neon really showed before.). How could I do that on a fully upholstered regular couch? Love my LoveSac.”

They have a great selection, and I consistently find that their plants are healthier and better cared for than the ones at the big box garden centers.
