“My experience started with a frustrating delivery issue. However, I want to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from Cole.
Due to an internal account error, my order was delayed and my items were not delivered as scheduled. Once Cole became involved, he took ownership of the situation and worked tirelessly to find the problem and rectify the situation. He kept me informed, tracked down the root issue, coordinated the resolution, and went far beyond what I would normally expect from customer service today. What could have been a 0 or 1 star experience completely turned around my perception of the company.”

I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. The company delivered the wrong matress and never took away the pld matress as promised. Super dissapointed.

“We are extremely pleased that we chose Houseworks for bar stools. Sales manager, Dustin, took the time to come to our home to see our layout and learn our personal tastes. He had ideas we hadn't thought of, and he knew bar stool details that we didn't know. That was very helpful. He then selected a group of stools with accompanying fabrics, having them ready for us to view in the store. That was huge! He made what could have been an overwhelming, stressful search into a pain-free, pleasurable experience. Dustin's knowledge and his experience in design were exactly what we needed. They have name brands, and offer delivery. We didn't even know they were located here,.just kinda stumbled upon it by Google. Glad we did!”

“In June of 2018, we purchased from Simply Amish a 2-door curio cabinet in quarter-sawn oak at a sale price of $2,839.00. It is beautiful and is equipped with down lights that illuminate our colletibles. We love it.
This March, 8 years later, the down lights failed.
Oh, Oh, was my first reaction.
I called Simply Amish to see if they could help.
Indeed they could. Julie B. answered my call and quickly looked up the orginal sale record complete with model number and specifications for the light. She ordered a replacement light system that was still designed for our curio cabinet and arranged it to be sent to me.
It arrived within a couple of weeks, It was easy for me to install and it works again perfectly. The replacement cost for the light system was reasonable and expected.
What is important to us as customers.
When we called, a real person answered the call who was willing and able to help and who was knowledgeable of our problem and how to solve it. In addition, she followed up with confirming information and kept us imformed of progress.
