“I stopped in to Indiana Artisan one day too early for the samplings they had scheduled for the following day. However I really took my time looking around at all the absolutely beautiful selection of merchandise. I think it is the best possible place to get an Indiana Artisan Made item hands down. They have an unbelievable selection and a good price point range as well. Since I had been last they have an Artisan Mohair Bear Maker and his work is incredible! I am quite enamored with a few of them! They are many, many items to choose from. Parking can be a little tricky with Carmel's constant construction but please consider going; it's certainly worth walking a bit to get to!”

“Bath Junkie, almost sounds like I have a problem. I swear I don't. I do like however a nice hot bath. Bath Junkie is the place to find what you probably could use yourself or find a bath related gift. I was delighted that they do feature several Rinse brand products. Rinse I'm a big fan of, their products are hand made in Georgia. Not too many stores carry Rinse products so I had to indulge. Spending the day in Carmel and walking around I was not expecting to find a place like this but I'm sure glad I did. A great selection of products was only complimented by a friendly and knowledgeable staff to assist. I saw some products that I've seen before but I saw just as many that I can say I've never seen before. A specialty store done well. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to check out other unique products.”

“I spotted this gift store across the street from Muldoon's and we had to check them out. They packed a little bit of everything into this small store. My granddaughter loved their cute gnomes. They looked hand made to me. I ended up buying a long sleeve light grey T-shirt with a small "Carmel" on the front and a large one across the back. Purchase price was twenty five dollars and that was a fair market value, not an inflated gift store price in my opinion.”

“Such a cute shop located right in front of the Cake Bake Shop in Carmel. There are a few other great shops within walking distance too, so it's a fun area to wander around. They sell an array of home decor, seasonal decor, baby items, candies, and more. They carry the brand "mud pie" which is super cute and colorful. We got a sweet kid's puzzle here and a cool striped plate. They had holiday decor for 50% off right after Christmas that we enjoyed browsing too. The woman at the front counter was friendly and we'll be back next time we need a gift!”

“As I pulled up to Purse Strings, there was parking in the front and in the back. There was parking available for people with disabilities. As I entered the store, it was clean, tidy, and had a nice scent. There were many different items available for the perfect gift. I purchased a Mud Pie item.Checkout was fast. The person at the checkout counter was professional. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the positive experience!”

“I popped into Silver in the City during the Carmel International Arts Festival this year. My grandmother had expressed to one of the associates here that I was desperately searching for earrings that match my engagement ring. My engagement ring has a dark red ruby center stone, so finding earrings that match for my wedding has been a challenge. The associate (I wish I remembered their name) showed me their entire selection, and worked with me to find my perfect pair. They gushed over how beautiful my ring is and really made me feel like a lucky bride. I appreciate how lovely this experience was. “I have ordered twice from here from grandparents in the last 2 months, new years and my grandma’s birthday. Everything was delivered on time and correctly; I had a bit of an issue on my second order just because my grandparents were going to be out of the house for a portion of the day, and after a few calls, they were able to adjust the delivery date to the later afternoon. I am very thankful they worked with me and my grandma is always happy to get chocolate covered fruit from here. Thanks again!”
