“I spotted this gift store across the street from Muldoon's and we had to check them out. They packed a little bit of everything into this small store. My granddaughter loved their cute gnomes. They looked hand made to me. I ended up buying a long sleeve light grey T-shirt with a small "Carmel" on the front and a large one across the back. Purchase price was twenty five dollars and that was a fair market value, not an inflated gift store price in my opinion.”

“I stopped in to Indiana Artisan one day too early for the samplings they had scheduled for the following day. However I really took my time looking around at all the absolutely beautiful selection of merchandise. I think it is the best possible place to get an Indiana Artisan Made item hands down. They have an unbelievable selection and a good price point range as well. Since I had been last they have an Artisan Mohair Bear Maker and his work is incredible! I am quite enamored with a few of them! They are many, many items to choose from. Parking can be a little tricky with Carmel's constant construction but please consider going; it's certainly worth walking a bit to get to!”

“I popped into Silver in the City during the Carmel International Arts Festival this year. My grandmother had expressed to one of the associates here that I was desperately searching for earrings that match my engagement ring. My engagement ring has a dark red ruby center stone, so finding earrings that match for my wedding has been a challenge. The associate (I wish I remembered their name) showed me their entire selection, and worked with me to find my perfect pair. They gushed over how beautiful my ring is and really made me feel like a lucky bride. I appreciate how lovely this experience was. I felt truly cared for by the staff here, and I can't wait to wear my earrings on my wedding day. Thank you!”

“Such a cute shop located right in front of the Cake Bake Shop in Carmel. There are a few other great shops within walking distance too, so it's a fun area to wander around. They sell an array of home decor, seasonal decor, baby items, candies, and more. They carry the brand "mud pie" which is super cute and colorful. We got a sweet kid's puzzle here and a cool striped plate. They had holiday decor for 50% off right after Christmas that we enjoyed browsing too. The woman at the front counter was friendly and we'll be back next time we need a gift!”

“I invited my designer client extraordinaire Joan to attend a special Hoosier Sister Event and it was so fun, informative and beneficial! It was a Christmas / Holiday themed workshop. I believe it was a group of 20 women and we had a little pre demo and post demo shopping time. Most of us found goodies to purchase. I selected a candle with the scent of Fir. They make the candles themselves and I believe they are soy. You can small the Fir scent as you walk in the door. They showed us a few different ways to decorate a mantelpiece and also let us know about a new trend that is asymmetrical decorating (for example the garland only hangs down on one side of the mantel). They had lovely appetizers stacked in cups for us. It was a very special evening both informative and fun!”

“If you are looking for one of a kind light fixtures,faucets,tubs etc this is the place for you. Alot of inventory to choose from. This was my initial visit and I was in the store for 20 min or more and no one offered to help me with the items I picked out so I left empty handed Oh well online shopping will get my business.”

“If you are into crafts and just need some decorations for certain holidays throughout the year then Hobby Lobby is the place to go. I love this place too. I purchased some diamond paintings from Temu and was looking for a certain kind of paper to place to place on top of my diamond paintings so that I would be able to do them without getting anything on the other parts of the sticky painting. So I decided to get some tracing paper. I am going to try that out and see if it works like I think it will. Hobby Lobby has everything for every craft or project that you are doing. The staff here are nice too. I came in pretty much close to closing time and asked for help and found what I was looking for. This place is also pretty neat and clean inside to. Everything has a place. When you go to stores that are neat and clean inside, it makes your shopping experience easier to find what you are searching for.”

“The accent pieces here are wonderful and priced far below where you'll find them at any other decorator shop that I've ever found. All very unique and add a touch of whimsy to almost any décor. In addition, I've furnished and decorated two houses with the help of the wonderful designers at Artichoke Designs. Not only do they help steer in the right direction in terms of pulling a room together, they do it with an eye toward my budget. You buy furniture for less money at places like Pottery Barn but you won't get nearly the durability or style that you get with a custom made piece that the designers here can help you find. I especially appreciated the way they were able to blend new pieces with my older, sentimental pieces that I just couldn't part with. If I could give this place 10 stars instead of only 5 I definitely would.”

“Visiting a friend and she took me to this store. Such a great assortment. Was able to find a great outfit from WHBM-pleather plants and a great top. Saw a fur I loved however it was newly consigned a a little to pricey for me. My friend went back in December to check on the coat and, unfortunately for me, it was gone...sigh. Anyway next time I'm back in IN, I'll be back! Highly recommend.”

“I love to stop in and shop around whenever I come to town to see my parents. I love the selection and styles, and I always find something fun in the sale room. I'm 40 and often wondered if this store is for younger people. But I am never judged (nor ever felt judged) when I shop in there and buy items; plus I've decided I can wear whatever I want! ;) Staff has always been helpful and friendly. At times when they don't have my size in stock, they have always offered to order it for me.”
