“Wonderful experience besides the initial check in. They put us in a room that hasn't been cleaned. We immediately went back to the front desk to report the issue. It was just a minor inconvenience. They put us in a room that was known to be serviced and cleaned. The rest of the stay was immensely pleasant.”

“Stayed here for a concert, it was a great value for what I paid. The room was very nice and also very clean. And I saw something I've never seen in a hotel room - A (small, clean) RECYCLING container. This to me is extremely impressive and if I ever see another show at Ruoff I will definitely be staying here again. Oh also worth noting that every staff person I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful.”

“My wife and I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites Indianapolis-Carmel by IHG, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and appreciated. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care that guests had a great stay.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of travel. It’s clear that both the management and staff take pride in what they do.
We travel fairly often, and it’s not always easy to find a hotel that gets all the little things right, but Staybridge Suites Indianapolis-Carmel certainly did. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Indianapolis area and will gladly stay here again on future trips.

“I stayed at this hotel for almost three months now and it’s been a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I like their text service allowing me to communicate with staff on my phone. I especially like the digital check-in feature allowing me to choose my room and use a digital keycard instead of a physical one. Not to mention the hotel being in the middle of a large area of shopping and restaurants made it easy to get anything I wanted. I’m very glad my employer chose this hotel for my extended stay in Indianapolis.”
“Nice as usually. Was not greeted titanium nor offered bottle of water. Neither big deals at my micro level to speak up but big enough at macro lol since in Terms the if missed would result in additional points so sharing as management opportunity for follow up. Otherwise service is always 5 stars here”

Wyndham... when you have your name in the title, you really should have standards... scrambled eggs... no potato no protein... biscuits and gravy... same 11 days in a row... oh, and they put the food in a warmer... but put a plastic bag in first... so they don't have much clean up... in really not sure that bag is food rated...I travel over 100 nights a year... this rates at the bottom... at our company we book well over 2000 nights a year...I will make sure this property is off the list... there should be a standard.”

“Holiday Inn Express’ Fishers Indiana location is a perfect place to stay on the cusp of downtown Indianapolis. The rooms were very nice – they were all clean and comfortable with each room furnished with bells and whistles to the guests’ liking. Checking in to the hotel was quite quick and easy, and the workers at the front desk were able to answer questions about the hotel. The swimming pool is open from 8 in the morning to 11 at night, for the guests to enjoy time to relax and have some fun in the water. The gym is also available for those who sweat out the calories prior to the next commute. Holiday Inn Express has a great breakfast bar and overall, a really wonderful stay atmosphere. Will definitely recommend this place for time to come!”

Easy access and easily the best rate around for a well run hotel. Competent front desk staff on all shifts. New card locks just installed for easy room access - no more magnetic stripes. You will not be disappointed.”
“This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in- in a long time. They exceeded my expectations and I travel alot! Upon arrival- I showed the lady at the desk an online price I’d found. She immediately said let me get the manager. The manager was very kind and said he would match the better rate. Check in was quick and easy. I even checked in at noon after traveling all morning. The whole place smelled nice and clean. My room was very clean. The bed was so comfy. I was on the first level which had a walk out patio and a pool view. The pool was so relaxing with music playing in the background. There is also a nice gym with fresh towels. Staff was very friendly. Overall 10/10. Keep up the amazing job you all are doing. I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful and clean facility all around. Great location close to everything.”
