For a while, I was confused about why I was paying so much and felt like I was being taken advantage of—but until then, I had no one who could help me sort through it. Lynn personally reached out to let me know she had noticed the issue, and then worked closely with me to adjust my plan so the overspending would stop moving forward. But she didn’t stop there. Lynn took the extra step to help me explore every possible avenue to recover the money I had already overpaid. She was kind, understanding, incredibly patient, and extremely generous with her time. What would normally be a frustrating and stressful process felt easy and calm, simply because I had Lynn on my side.
