I thought the passport appt that I setup went through however the gentleman told me no and that I'd have to schedule another or come in during their walkin hours. As I was leaving Shavonne stopped me and said that if I could wait that she'd take care of me. So grateful to her kindness because obviously she did not have to do that. Thank you again!”
“The post office is what it is. There nothing special about the place. The inside service is pretty good and they are relatively fast at their job. I really like the employees. They are relatively fast and very courteous and helpful.”

“I called the Westfield USPS office in a desperate attempt to retrieve a package that had been mistakenly picked up from our mailbox (at no fault of the letter carrier). Shane was very helpful and friendly, and was able to find the package & call me back within minutes. “New Agusta post office has superior customer service. I drive 25 minutes passing several post offices just to get to this office. I have seen long lines and once i got to the counter Delena never waivers from Who she is as a person and excellent asset to USPS.because of them i will never take my business to any competitor even if the price is reduced.”
“I have been here on some bad days but this time I got some real good post office help. Patricia and the staff listened to me and took my issue seriously. The apartment management I am working with had with had neglected my begs for them to change my locks and get me keys yet they let a month pass without getting it done. The post office told me it was the managements responsibility and that because I wasn't the owner of the property I could not be involved. Thankfully Patricia took it upon herself to remind the management the next day so that they had to take action on getting my and other residents their locks. Thanks again Patricia! I'm sure if everyone here knew what you did they would say the same.”

“This is my neighborhood post office and it is fantastic. The employees are friendly and always helpful. It’s a busy post office and they also have 24 hour lobby service if the post office is closed.”
