“My experience with the store overall was good. The customer service was quick, attentive, and processed my Amazon returns efficiently.
However, while I was standing at the cashier waiting to scan my QR code, I heard the store’s music playing quite loudly and clearly. Unfortunately, the song included the explicit lyrics, “I’ll f*** you right, I will,” and it was not censored.
I understand that music is part of the store environment, but if I had been shopping with my two young children, I would have been very frustrated and uncomfortable with them hearing those lyrics.
Please be more mindful of the music and lyrics being played in the store, especially in a family-friendly environment. Thank you.”
