“Great staff all the way around. Much more sociable and local and helpful than the guys next door at that AutoMoan, er uh AutoZone. Prices are generally a little lower than AutoZone too, BUT in Charlestown, it comes down to the local staff and O'Reilly's is the place to go for that!”

“Took a set of batteries we thought was bad they tested and said they could charge them but they wasn’t bad definitely saved us 300+ we took them home and brought them up on a charger and they worked just fine. Glad to know they won’t take advantage of you and sale you something you don’t need”

“Isaiah is the man! I came in to O’Reily needing a new battery for my jeep. My battery was pretty far gone and ended up taking some time to remove. Isaiah was positive through the whole experience and didn’t leave until I was 100% satisfied with the replacement. He’s an A player. Well done. Will be back.”

“Ordered a battery for my Harley online and picked it up later that day. Great service. Only complaint is the Duracell batteries were made in the USA but now made in Vietnam.”
