“We found ourselves at the Portage BMV trying to get a driver’s license for a new driver. We thought we had everything but apparently we were supposed to print a certificate from the driving school that was emailed to us. The BMV couldn’t/wouldn’t use one of their dozen printers so we went down to the UPS store . The manager printed a copy and wouldn’t allow me to pay. She also sweetly told my daughter to be safe on the roads. Very refreshing and much appreciated!!”

“This is now my go to FedEx location. I had the most pleasant experience. The customer service representative Isaiah was absolutely patient and helpful. I had a few snags on my end however he was able to assist me with getting my file printed and bound. I went out on a limb to see if that location was able to complete my project the same day, after having been turned down at other areas. Isaiah assisted me in completing my transaction in no time.
