“As I pulled into the parking lot of the local First Merchants Bank, there was plenty of parking with disabled parking available. I entered the bank and it was clean and tidy with a warm happy inviting feelingI I was given a warm welcome by the staff. There was an operational coin counting machine for customers convenience. The waiting area was set up like a living room with a rug, Large TV, comfortable chairs, coffee table with plenty of light. I have dogs and they enjoy going through the drive-thru as the tellers give them a treat!! I love the home town feel when I Bank with First Merchants Bank. They surely earned their five star review!”
